What to prepare before ordering car fragrances with your logo

Start with use and quantity

Write down who receives the gift and how you will distribute it. Then choose the product format: a vent-mounted fragrance, a hanging bottle, a spray for textile car floor mats or a gift set. You can send two model options if you want to compare presentations for the same recipients.

Most standard Invame models start at 100 pieces. Shape starts at 500 and Individual Shape, with a custom housing shape, starts at 3000. Orders use increments of 50 pieces. These quantities help narrow the format before investing time in an artwork layout. Ask how different designs or fragrances would affect the run.

Send artwork that can be assessed for the surface

Provide the logo file and explain any colours, text or elements that must stay consistent. If you have a vector artwork file, include it so the design can be assessed for the selected model and branding method. A preview image can explain the idea, while the actual source file helps define how it can be produced.

Branding options vary by model. Woodline Premium offers full-colour printing, laser engraving and foil stamping. Premium Aluminium offers full-colour printing and laser engraving. Do not choose the method by the name alone: compare what you want the logo to look like on that material. Keep detailed wording on the packaging if the product surface is too small.

Include scent, packaging and delivery

Select a preferred fragrance from the 11 perfumes, or say that you need help choosing. Specify whether you want branded packaging and what it should contain. A blister card, paper box or GiftBox has a different role, and the available packaging depends on the model. If you need a complete set assembled or individual products prepared for distribution, describe that requirement in the brief.

Add the delivery location, event date and the date by which the goods must arrive. These dates serve different purposes: a campaign can begin before an event, and staff may need time to distribute gifts to locations. Do not assume a production or transit time from an example order. Lead time is confirmed for your own quantity and specification.

Compare the quotation and approve the final design

When comparing alternatives, use the same quantity, delivery location and packaging assumptions. Check what each quotation includes, such as branding, contents and packaging. The total should correspond to the gift you plan to hand over, not only the unbranded item.

Review the proposed artwork and final specification before production. Confirm the model, quantity, scent, branding method and packaging together.
