Choose the scent and packaging as part of the same gift

A perfume name is a starting point

Invame offers 11 perfumes, with names and descriptions in the fragrance selection. Use these to form an initial shortlist. A name and description help frame the choice, but they cannot fully convey a scent through a screen. If the choice is important to the campaign, ask how you can explore the available fragrances.

For a mixed recipient group, separate your own preference from the brief. Consider whether the gift should feel fresh, warm or distinctive, and explain the audience when asking for advice. There is no single perfume that every customer will prefer. The possibility of using different fragrances within a run should be confirmed before production.

Read duration in the context of the model

The manufacturer states a fragrance duration of up to 45 days for the relevant polymer fragrance models. This is a model-specific specification, rather than a fixed promise for every product in the collection. Check the information on the model you are ordering.

The hanging Cube Noir bottle and Crystal Spray are different product formats. Crystal Spray is intended for textile car floor mats. Do not apply the polymer duration to the bottle or spray automatically. Select the use and format first, then confirm the fragrance and its relevant specifications.

Give the packaging a clear job

A branded blister card can accompany an individual product, while a paper box can give another presentation. The available options depend on the model. Decide whether you need space for a thank-you, campaign message or contact details, and include that wording in the artwork brief.

Keep the product design clear at its actual size. A logo may fit the housing well while longer text works better on the packaging. Plan both surfaces together so the recipient can understand the message and recognise the same brand. Ask to confirm the packaging option along with the product, rather than adding it as an unspecified detail later.

Define the contents of a gift set

The Invame GiftBox can combine Crystal Spray with Cube Noir or a wooden model. Use it where a two-product presentation fits your thank-you or event brief. Confirm which models, scents and branding are included in the quotation. Manufacturer example photos illustrate possible presentations; they do not define your own order.

Most standard models and the GiftBox start at 100 pieces. Shape starts at 500 and Individual Shape at 3000. Orders use increments of 50. Include the quantity, model, fragrance preference, packaging and delivery information in the quotation request. Mention if a scent is still undecided so it can be resolved alongside the other choices.
